Product Description

Our Vacuum Pyrolysis Cleaning Oven specializes in removing polymers from various metal parts. First, the heating chamber raises the temperature, melting the polymer so it can drain into the bottom collector. Then, the remaining polymer vaporizes. A water spray rubber system scrubs the vapor, collects condensates, and flushes them out with water. Importantly, because the cleaning process operates under vacuum, combustion never occurs. This also protects parts from excessive or localized high temperatures.

  • Electric Heaters – The chamber reaches 420°C–500°C, depending on the polymer type.
  • Waste Collector – Collects melted polymer from the shelf for easy disposal.
  • Water Spray Rubber System – Sprays and scrubs off-gas before it exits the chamber, reducing emissions.
  • Built-In Shelf – A heavy-duty steel shelf rolls on tracks for easy loading and unloading.
  • Afterheater – Reheats off-gas after it leaves the chamber, preventing pipe blockage.
  • Vacuum Pump – Creates a vacuum inside the chamber, eliminating oxygen to prevent combustion and protect parts from heat damage.
  • Safety & Controls – Includes a dual-element temperature sensor, water pressure safety interlock switch, Y-strainer, and automatic solenoid valve.
  • Control Panel – Comes standard with a circuit breaker, control relays, interlocks, and terminal strips.
  • PLC + Touch Panel (Optional) – Displays the real-time temperature rise curve and provides full system control.
  • Catalyst (Optional) – Converts off-gas into harmless water vapor and carbon dioxide.
