Recently, a chemical industry customer in Yangzhou, Jiangsu received their customized 24kW explosion-proof organic heat carrier boiler (electric thermal oil heater), which has completed manufacturing and is ready for shipment. Despite its compact size, the equipment meets strict explosion-proof standards. All core components carry Exd II BT4 certification, providing reliable safety assurance for chemical environments.
Flexible Modular Design:
The system uses three temperature-controlled heating units (main heating: 8kW + 8kW; auxiliary heating: 8kW). Independent dual knobs on the main heating units enable precise multi-stage temperature control. This design meets process temperature curve requirements, improves energy efficiency, and extends heater service life.
Safety and Explosion-Proof Protection System:
The compact host integrates an explosion-proof thermal oil pump, an explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge, and an explosion-proof terminal box. All explosion-proof components share the same protection grade, which ensures high system compatibility and reduces on-site installation complexity and risks.
Quality Materials and Maintenance-Friendly Design:
The system includes a high-level expansion tank and an oil-gas separator made of Q345R pressure vessel steel. We pre-installed a bypass valve at the oil pump outlet so users can easily connect auxiliary cooling equipment such as air coolers. The design also incorporates high-temperature valves and filters at key connections, along with a bimetallic thermometer at the inlet for convenient daily monitoring and maintenance. These features support long-term stable operation.
