The system employs a Fujitsu temperature controller and silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) with contactless regulation. All temperature, pressure, liquid level, and flow signals are remotely accessible via the DCS system. Consequently, operators can centralize monitoring and automate routine adjustments, which significantly reduces manual intervention.

The primary circulation pump uses an explosion-proof canned motor pump with a fully sealed, leak-free structure. This design suits demanding chemical environments perfectly. Moreover, the hot oil heating system features three independent interlock protection functions – low flow, over temperature, and low liquid level – that automatically cut off heating when any abnormality occurs.
Skid-Mounted Configuration for Quick Installation
The main unit adopts a frame-integrated structure with channel steel base and welded profile steel for robust load-bearing capacity. The horizontal cylindrical heater connects directly to the circulation pump piping below, including manual valves, pressure transmitters, and a pre-pump strainer. The overall layout remains compact and occupies a minimal footprint.
