Coating Process | Triple-Layer Protection, Fully Compliant

✅ 1 layer of epoxy zinc-rich primer, thickness ≥ 50μm
✅ 2 layers of epoxy iron oxide intermediate paint, each ≥ 75μm
✅ 3 layers of aliphatic polyurethane topcoat, each ≥ 40μm

Electric Heating System | Four Power Levels + Backup Protection

The system uses a four-stage independent control design:
10% (5kW), 20% (10kW), 30% (15kW), 40% (20kW). Each stage has independent wiring and comes with one backup heating rod, guaranteeing precise temperature control and reliable operation. Should any issue arise, the system allows quick switching to maintain continuous production.
